My life has been shaped by a simple but hard-earned truth: strength is built in the moments when there’s no choice but to rise again.
My childhood was marked by chaos, loneliness, and uncertainty as my family faced divorce and my father battled severe mental illness. Stability was hard to find, but I discovered that resilience and the power of anchors would be themes that shape the rest of my life.
I channeled my energy into sports, my grandmother’s love became a steady presence, and slowly I learned how important it is to have unshakable faith that grounds you when life feels overwhelming.
I was hospitalized with a rare blood disorder, experienced trauma, pushed through grueling shifts working in the psychiatric unit while I pursued becoming a Physician Assistant. I was even rejected from PA school the first time I applied.
But each time life knocked me down, I learned to rebuild. Resilience became a defining thread of my life.
And yet the season that would challenge me the most was still ahead.
When Everything Collapsed
One month after returning from maternity leave, the world changed overnight.
Suddenly I was a first-time mother and a frontline healthcare provider facing an unknown crisis.
The demands kept stacking with long shifts, continuous breastfeeding and pumping, the emotional weight of the pandemic needing to perform with peak clarity yet fearing becoming ill or worse, bringing home something that would harm my family, while navigating sleepless nights caring for my newborn.
Inside, I felt like I was unraveling as I agonized over leaving my little one each day I left for work. I never felt rested. I was trying to be a loving mother, a supportive wife, and a capable healthcare provider, but it felt like I was failing at all of it.
After my second child, I developed immune suppression leading to frequent illnesses that immobilized me repeatedly for more than one year. Not long after, my grandmother passed away which stirred deep heartache and immense grief. And 4 months later a debilitating spine injury disrupted my ability to walk and care for my children, leading to countless sleepless nights crying in pain while holding my daughter as she cried in the night.
Physically, mentally, and emotionally, I was completely depleted. And when I sought answers, I found very few.
Doctors and specialists offered little guidance. The healthcare system that I worked inside of every day seemed to have very few solutions for the exhaustion, pain and illness I was experiencing.
But, as I took a step back, I noticed that the healthcare system had no real solutions for the stress and sleep disruption women experience during major life transitions:
Postpartum.
Perimenopause.
Menopause.
This realization became deeply concerning:
Women are expected to endure these seasons without real support.
The most biologically demanding transitions in a woman’s life—yet very little education, compassion, or practical guidance exists to help women navigate them.
I knew there had to be another way.

I studied sleep science, circadian rhythms, stress physiology, hormones, and nervous system regulation. I began changing my own daily rhythms → how I slept, how I fueled my body, how I recovered from stress, how I approached rest.
I pursued additional mental health support. I reexamined my routines, my habits, and the way I was trying to carry the weight of life. My husband's steady presence and the family we built became the motivation for creating a healthier, more sustainable life.
Slowly, something began to shift.
I stopped living in survival mode and started building rhythms that supported true restoration.
I started prioritizing sleep and managing the factors that disrupt it.
I learned how sleep, nourishment, stress recovery, and mindset all work together to restore the body and calm the nervous system.
I began pursuing ways to live in alignment with my values.
And I began to see the wisdom of something even deeper:
God designed us with rhythms of renewal and restoration and when those rhythms are honored, the body has an incredible ability to heal and recover.
A Reignited Passion
As I began connecting with other women, I realized I was far from alone.
So many women were struggling with the same exhaustion, sleep disruption, and overwhelming demands of life. And not just postpartum but in midlife too.
Countless women doing their best to keep up, battling restless nights and 3 am wake ups while running on empty. Being met with limited solutions for their tribulations.
But then seeing the transformation that was possible when women received the right support ignited something in me. Women now experiencing better sleep in a few short weeks, feeling better rested even during busy times, having confidence to get back on track when things don’t go as planned, improving their sleep quality, energy, mental clarity and overall health.
It became clear that God was preparing me for something bigger than I imagined.
My Mission
To help women overcome sleep disruption caused by the biological, physical, and emotional transitions that occur during the reproductive life stages of postpartum, perimenopause, and menopause through science-proven strategies such as circadian rhythm, nervous system, behavior change, and stress recovery practices.
To empower women to recognize their inherent value as a child of God and strengthen their mind, body, and spiritual health by integrating biblical guidance and neuroscience proven approaches so they have the energy and wisdom to cultivate a God-honoring family, display the fruit of the spirit, and serve their community for Christ with joy.
My Vision
To transform how women experience sleep disruption through the lifespan, recognizing the profound physiologic changes that occur during postpartum, perimenopause, and menopause, the need for more comprehensive educational resources to understand the impact of these hormonal shifts on women's health, and provide compassionate, accessible, science-proven strategies that bolster physical, mental and emotional strength for all women.
To empower women to be spiritual leaders who withstand the stressors of this world so they can nurture deep connections with their family and be a light in their community, living out the Great Commission. To create a community for women so they are supported and encouraged, no longer navigating these life transitions alone.

From Surviving to Thriving
My life has taught me what it feels like to drag yourself through the day exhausted, overwhelmed, and unsure how to keep going. But it has also shown me what happens when restoration begins.
When sleep is supported, rhythms are restored and faith becomes the anchor; Healing is possible and you can finally stop merely surviving and truly begin thriving.
If you’re reading this and feeling exhausted, overwhelmed, and stretched in every direction, I want you to know I’ve been there. I know what it feels like to wake up already tired. Lying down at night desperate for rest but unable to quiet your mind. To drag yourself through the day running on caffeine and determination facing constant pressure of family and work. To withstand what feels like an onslaught of trials with no end in sight and feeling that you should be able to keep up but facing a reality that your mind and body just won’t cooperate.
I know what it feels like to love your family deeply and still feel like you’re failing them because you simply don’t have anything left to give.
And I know how isolating it can feel when everyone around you assumes you’re “fine.”
Maybe your specific stressors and story looks different from mine. But the hopeless exhaustion feels familiar.
Many women silently carry this burden through postpartum, perimenopause, and menopause believing it’s simply the price of being a strong woman.
But it doesn’t have to be this way. And you don’t have to figure it out alone.
